Registration is now open for the 2021 VIRTUAL Conference
to be held Saturday, March 27th.
The 2022 Conference is planned for March 17-20, 2022 and details will be announced this fall.
The FWKC Committee is continuing to monitor the Coronavirus situation as the safety of our participants and staff is paramount. Any information in that regard will be posted as it becomes available.
And now, the details for the first ever VIRTUAL Fort Worden Kitemakers Conference.
PLEASE NOTE: by registering for the classes being presented virtually, each participant acknowledges the proprietary nature of the materials and agrees that participation and use of the materials will be for their personal use only. Please respect the work of the instructors.
Due to the unusual circumstances presented by Covid-19, registration will be a simple online process.
First, submit your registration by clicking this link
or the button below and filling out the email form THAT WILL APPEAR BELOW. A separate registration is required for each person wishing to participate. You will receive a return email with links to the initial materials list for each of the two classes. This will allow you to gather materials and start to plan any graphics you wish to use.
Then, just prior to March 27th you will receive a second email with links to instructional videos prepared by Scott and Jerimy. You may review these at your convenience to familiarize yourself with their build processes.
The second email will also provide links to two special Facebook groups where you may register on the 27th for discussion about the projects. Scott and Jerimy, along with additional conference moderators, will be available from 10AM to 4PM PDT on that date to answer questions and discuss the projects.
And don’t forget to plan for the Fort Worden Kitemakers Conference 2022. When posted this fall, online registration for 2022 will be available on the Details page.
